Data Feed

Our data feed is a live feed containing up to the second Tab price information.

The data feed contains WIN and PLACE pools for all three major Australian Tabs, Tab Ltd(NSW),
Uni Tab(QLD) and SuperTab(VIC and others) as well as actual Quinella and Exacta Estimates and Trifecta trends.

Received via your current television aerial or the internet, data arrives live to your computer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Faster that both Teletext and Tab web sites, Tab market information arrives at your computer approximately 5 seconds after the Tab updates it's pools. As an example it is not unusual for Teletext to be 2 minutes behind and Tab web pages are sometimes up to 5 minutes behind.

Often the results of a race have already arrived via Bettordata while Web pages are still showing
that the race has not started.

Several of our clients that have changed over from simple web scraping programs say that mid week Racemate is usually 30 seconds or so in front of their old software but on days with a large numbers of races the differance quickly becomes several minutes, often Racemate has the result and their old web scraping program still says 2 or 3 minuets to go. 

Our feed uses the internet or a special decoder, about the size of a modem, that attaches your computer to your TV aerial. Custom Software programs such as Racemate then display the data in an easy to use way.
